  • ½ cup Ontario Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Ontario whole milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cup cooked vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Ontario shredded cheddar, divided


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a small pan, add butter and sauté chopped vegetables until tender, about 6 minutes.

3. In a small bowl add the Greek yogurt. Very slowly, add the milk and whisk until completely incorporated.

4. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and the yogurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Add cooked vegetables and half of the cheese, mix until combined.

6. Pour the quiche mixture into a buttered 9-inch pie dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the quiche has set.
