What is your business called and what does it do?
Welcome to LUXI & CO, a trailblazer in the beauty sector. We provide high-quality E-File Manicures, Dry Pedicures, Lash Extensions, and Lash Lifts to our esteemed customers. Additionally, we specialize in Brow Lamination, which includes tinting and shaping, along with comprehensive waxing services. All our products maintain top industry standards, cause no harm, and are eco-friendly.
What made you want to do this work?
In 2012, I embarked on my journey with Lash Extensions in the SW. The fulfillment I found in my work spurred me to broaden my horizons. I identified a demand for superior nail services an I d, eager to meet this need, I relocated to the downtown area to provide an all-encompassing beauty service.
What problem did you want to solve with the business?
Identifying a significant demand for high-quality nail services, I felt compelled to fulfill this need.

What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?
The most rewarding aspect is engaging with our clients, knowing that we are supplying them with top-notch products and services that are safe and damage-free.
The most challenging aspect of the beauty industry can often be its perpetuation of unrealistic beauty standards, leading to potential negative impacts on individual’s self-esteem and body image.
What is your favourite joke about your own profession?
Why did the nail, lash, and waxing all go to a party together?
Because they knew they’d make the “cuticle-est” trio, sure to make everyone else “lash” out in jealousy and “rip” the dance floor!
