Homegrown Business: Boaz Leung of Two Pillars Brewery

Two Pillars is Calgary’s nano-brewery specializing in small-batch brewed beers. Most Two Pillars beers have yeast-forward profiles and fall into the Belgian style. Founders, Boaz and Jacob, both immigrated to Canada from different cultures and had to find their place in a new country and community. They both discovered that the universal language of good food and good drink is an incredible tool for breaking down walls. Their love of beer began their friendship and has become their guiding mission at Two Pillars. We spoke with Boaz to learn more.
