Edmonton indie-folk songster Ian St.Arnaud is a DIY tour-de-force of fun-loving melodies overlaying themes of death, loss, and anxiety. Often compared to Kevin Morby or a young Jonathan Richman, St.Arnaud’s outfit has made huge strides in the indie world since its 2018 inception, following the sudden loss of a former bandmate in late 2017. With a growing legion of fans and tour dates, St.Arnaud has recently expanded to performing at stages across Canada and the world, including slots at Reeperbahn (GER), New Colossus Fest (NY), and Winnipeg Folk Fest (MB). 2022 promises to be a big year, with new releases slated for the act.
