While browsing historic images of Alberta, I came across the Alberta Culture and Tourism website’s Heritage Resources Management Information System that has tons of photographs from the Provincial Archives of Alberta.
Visitors to the website can browse, as well as purchase, scanned images from the Province’s past.
I decided to put together a curated collection of images I found showing people playing hockey starting in 1900 with the Hardisty Girls Hockey Team.
Check out the images and be sure to browse more on the archives website.
