Ingredients

• 4 assorted tomatoes cut into wedges or slices
• 2 ripe avocados peeled and cut into wedges
• 1 Burrata ball drained
• 1/3 cup Farm Boy™ Basil Pesto
• 6 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
• Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel to taste
• freshly cracked black pepper to taste
• basil leaves for garnish

Directions

1. In small bowl, mix pesto with olive oil.

2. Place burrata on a platter.

3. Arrange tomatoes and avocados around burrata.

4. Drizzle pesto sauce over salad.

5. Season with Farm Boy™ Sea Salt and pepper. Garnish with basil leaves.
