Creamy ricotta cheese is whipped to perfection with zesty lime juice, spicy jalapenos, and crunchy pistachios; a vibrant fusion of flavours. This delicious dip offers the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and earthy crunch from Wonderful Pistachios, creating an irresistible appetizer that always has my friends and family craving more with every savoury bite.

Jalapeño Lime Pistachio Ricotta Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup jalapeno lime pistachios, shelled
  • juice of a lime
  • 1 tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

1. In a food processor, blend ricotta cheese, cream cheese, finely chopped jalapeno lime pistachios, lime zest, lime juice, diced jalapenos and salt until evenly mixed.

2. Add your favourite toppings such as jalapeno lime pistachios, fresh herbs, chives, jalapeno slices, lime zest, and onion/garlic flakes.

3. Serve with your favourite baguette crackers or vegetable slices.
