Five Minutes With: Pop-Rock Band The Frontiers

The Frontiers are Calgary’s genre-blending powerhouse, delivering high-energy performances that fuse pop, rock, soul, and country with bold charisma and heartfelt storytelling. Since winning the ‘Roughnecks Got Talent’ competition in 2019, they’ve become a staple in Calgary’s music scene, notably making Alberta history as the first band to perform in the stands during Calgary Flames games from 2021 to 2026. With over 1,500 live performances, including opening for Blue Rodeo at the Grey Eagle Event Centre and residencies at King Eddy, Whiskey Rose and Wild Rose Brewery, and Grey Eagle Casino, The Frontiers have solidified their reputation for turning every show into an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a stadium crowd, a packed patio, or an intimate backyard gathering, they bring the party!
