Rapid Fire Calgary Questions:
What is your favourite local restaurant in Calgary?
Cleaver on 17th, their cocktail list is endless, and their food is seriously something special.
What is your favourite street in Calgary and why?
I know it’s cliché, but I love the vibrance and energy of 17 th Ave. I like the freedom to bounce around, from lively restaurants to low-key speakeasies and everything in between.
What is your favourite park in Calgary and why?
I grew up near Griffith Woods and got lost in those woods too many times to count. I like that you can follow the paths or go off and create your own little spot.
What is your favourite music venue in Calgary?
I went to the Blue Jay Sessions for the first time a few weeks ago and really appreciated the style, staff, and the incredible talent they attract. It’s intimate in such a beautifully inviting way.
What is your favourite music store in Calgary?
Guitarworks is one of my favourites. I got a sweet 1960s Silvertone by Dan Electro from them a few years ago that is full of character and is one of my favourite of my guitar children.
