With 13 albums to his name, his work has garnered critical recognition, including a 2022 Juno Award nomination, a 2023 YYC Music Award win, and another YYC nomination in 2024. He is also a voting member of the Latin Grammys.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Herrera has built a diverse career as a pianist, composer, arranger, director, and producer. He has also taught music—primarily piano—for more than 15 years.
