Baked Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

● 12 oz goat cheese, room temperature
● 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
● ½ cup parmesan shredded
● 2 tablespoon olive oil top with more after baking, if desired
● 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
● 1-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust according to how spicy you want this dip to be
● 2 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped, plus more for garnish if you’d like
● ½ teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Combine the goat cheese and all other ingredients (either by hand or with a food processor) until everything is well-incorporated, and transfer to an oven-safe dish.

3. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The top will start to brown slightly & get nice and bubbly. (I bake mine for 18 minutes every time).

4. Top with a bit more rosemary and/or olive oil, if desired.

5. Serve hot with crackers, chips, pretzels, vegetables, bread, or anything else you can use for dipping!
