Early bird or night owl?
Sleep??
Road or studio?
Both are really important. Performing helps solidify songs and get them tight. It’s a heightened rehearsal. Having songs recorded obviously helps touring. In the studio, you have a chance to be a lot more creative with sounds and explore your songs differently.
Any shows or albums coming up?

Rapid Fire Local Questions:
What is your favourite local restaurant?
Padmanadis, when I was couch surfing in high school they would sometimes give me free dinners. I think I was just walking by and they invited me in.
What is your favourite street in your city and why?
I’m going to say Ada blvd, even though there are these huge houses with lots of money sunk into them.. they have a view of the industrial area and sewage plant.. the plumes of smoke often get blown over towards the houses. Something about that gives me satisfaction that even the rich can’t have it all.
What is your favourite park in your city and why?
It’s a toss up between gold stick and the provincial science park. Gold stick reminds me of playing Oregon Trail. It’s very Wild West feeling. Provincial science park though feels like and abandoned park. It’s desolate, yet mid century sci fi feeling. It would be a great spot for a skate park.
What is your favourite music venue in your city?
Space and Stars are the venues I miss most. New City also was a huge part of many people’s formative years. I like supporting 9910, the aviary and star lite.
What is your favourite music store in your city?
Freecloud was a big one for me as I went to high school right next to it. Terry from the flee market though has always had perfect insight on music and I’ve bought the most records off him in my life.
