I used to paint funny people and sell them in galleries around the world ( Dubai, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Casablanca, Copenhagen, Abu Dhabi, Montego Bay ) . When I moved to Calgary in 2013 people told me you’d better paint mountains, trees or bears here …I was very lost when I moved here at first, both as an artist and immigrant. Now I love it out here!
