“A Day in the Life” with: Relay Horse Rider Logan Red

Logan Red is one of the only female relay riders in Canada. Logan loves her horses and all of the animals that live on her family’s ranch out in Siksika. Although she’s just 5 feet tall, she is a powerful warrior who makes her family and tribe proud. You may have seen her competing this year in the Calgary Stampede relay races. Logan’s courage, discipline and determination all come together to make her a champion on the track. Logan is also a serious student, entering her second year of nursing at Old Sun College in Siksika, Logan’s goal is to finish her nursing degree and go onto to medical school. Logan is happiest when riding on her favorite horse Sally or learning cool things about the human body in school.
