Rapid Fire Local Questions:
What is your favourite local restaurant?
Francines! I’m addicted to the Ham & Chips.
What is your favourite street in your city and why?
I really like 9th Ave in Inglewood. It’s always lively. I love to get a coffee and walk around and pop into all the amazing local shops. There are tons of great breweries and restaurants close by, too.
What is your favourite park in your city and why?
I grew up close to Fish Creek Park and still spend a lot of time there. It’s great for a run or bike ride, and there are endless areas to explore.
What is your favourite music venue in your city?
My favourite venue is The King Eddy. There’s always great music in there, whether it’s a band coming through on tour or a cool local act. I’ve had the pleasure of catching a ton of my friends’ shows there as well, and it’s always a good time.
What is your favourite music store in your city?
I love popping into Recordland in Inglewood whenever I want to treat myself to a new vinyl to add to the collection. It’s so much fun to browse records old and new, and almost every time I’ve been in the store, I run into someone from the local music scene.
