Meet Primrose! She came to us as a stray, bringing with her a winsome habit of cuddling in for scritches and gazing up adoringly! Her cute face and timidity with strangers earned her the name Primrose for her gentle and delicate nature. But hey! Primrose is still a pup, and it didn’t take her long before she started to show off her rambunctious side! Primrose has turned into a friendly girl who loves belly rubs, bum scritches and learning new things! Primrose is even attending Smarty Pups class with our amazing volunteers to help her work on being your new best friend. When she gets excited, sometimes she jumps up and waves her paws in the air, or tugs sleeves for attention, but with lots of positive reinforcement and patience, she’s getting better at practicing calm behaviour. She can still be a bit nervous of loud or unfamiliar objects (why do cars have to be so loud), so Primrose would love a home that can give her lots of attention and mental enrichment while working on confidence building. Come say hi today!
