Sesame Noodles

Ingredients:
- 300g uncooked wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly-sliced green onions
Directions:
- Cook noodles al dente according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, sriracha, garlic powder and black pepper until combined.
- Meanwhile, add the sesame seeds to a pan on medium heat and toast lightly. Add oil and reduce heat to low. Allow oil to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium. Add sauce mixture to the sesame oil pan, with noodles and green onions. Toss to coat, and cook another minute or two until hot.
- Serve with an extra sprinkle of sesame, if desired.
