Baby Bennett is a twenty-four-year-old independent artist, singer, and songwriter born Aidan Bennett, creating from his home studio in Calgary, Alberta. Blending influences across Pop, Pop Rock, Pop Rap, Alt Rock, R&B, and more, he refuses to be boxed into a single sound—constantly evolving, experimenting, and sharpening his craft with the goal of becoming a defining voice of his generation.
His journey began with the breakout release “There U GO,” a record that ignited early momentum and helped him surpass 800,000+ streams across platforms. Since then, Baby Bennett has continued to build a dedicated fan base through emotionally honest writing, genre-fused production, and a commitment to authenticity that resonates deeply with listeners.
In April 2024, Bennett was featured on one of Canada’s top radio stations, CBC Radio, for an exclusive interview around his follow-up single “Here We Go Again,” marking a major milestone in his rising career.
Now, with his newest single “Black Box” available on all streaming platforms, Baby Bennett steps further into the spotlight—carrying the ambition, discipline, and vision of an artist determined to leave a lasting impact. He continues to manifest his arrival in the music world, driven by the belief that every song brings him closer to influencing and inspiring the next wave of artists and listeners alike.

Live show ritual:
I haven’t performed in my city or at any venue yet. Planning to do this in the future for my career, and wanting to perfect my sound to give the best performance possible for my fan base
Favourite local musician:
Honestly, it’s so hard to choose. from artists that are mainstream, like “Tate McRae”, to people I’ve personally worked with like TE$KEY and Kam Prada. So much talent in Calgary, it’s hard to say to be honest, haha. I personally think the future for music in Calgary is going to be amazing, and I can’t wait to see many more talented musicians/artists get the spotlight they deserve!
EP or LP?
I personally like EP’s for putting out smaller projects that aren’t official to a full project that would take a long time to make!
Early bird or night owl?
Honestly, for me, I would say I’m a night owl 100%. Working in my studio until 3 am some nights never changes because of the bad sleep schedule. Also, being a student at the same time definitely doesn’t help with staying up past a certain time and finishing deadlines for either my school life or Artists career!
Road or studio?
I usually like to be in my studio or any studio inside my city. Either working with people inside my city or having to go to people’s studios to finish singles. I haven’t travelled much for my career… but I’m very open to becoming a travelling artist in the near future for sure.
Any shows or albums coming up?
This year. I’ve decided to release my first-ever official album called “LOVE IS TEMPORARY”. I’ve finally finished this album, which took me a year to do and is the best music I’ve made yet by far for my career. Showing the raw emotion of heartbreak that I’ve gone through for the past couple of years and being truly vulnerable to opening my sound to the public.
