She’s such a sweet Bellini! Bellini came to us as a stray, and after such a rough period in her life, she can be a bit anxious. Her anxiety doesn’t apply to people, though; Bellini adores them, and gentle scritches, and pets are everything she wants out of life. She’s happy to meet new people and is always on the lookout for some extra snuggles. She can also be a bit clingy and loves nothing more than to cuddle up with her person (or lay on top of them!) and will press herself into you if she wants more pets! There’s even a chance that Bellini could do well with another dog in the home!
One thing that her new family should be aware of is that there are some regular doggy things that Bellini finds a little scary, like putting on a harness, passing cars, or squeaky toys. She’s already building up her confidence in shelter and would love a family that can respect her body language and understand she might need a little extra time to feel comfortable. If you want to learn more about this snuggle-bug, then come by and say hello to her today!
