Chesapeake is a very shy, hissy cat that would love a quiet home to call his own. Being in the shelter is very stressful for this fluffy little guy, and he needs new people to go slow with him to gain his trust. However, Chesapeake is willing to work for food, especially wet food, and has shown that he can warm up with some gentle words and calm company. With his extra fluffy fur, it will be important to desensitize him to brushing to help prevent mats or tangles from developing in his fur. Come learn more about Chesapeake if you love getting to know shy kitties!
