Marley the cat needs a new home in the Calgary area

Be ready to fall in love with the marvellous Marley, a senior sweetheart with a heart of gold! Brought through the shelter through no fault of her own as her previous owner could no longer care for her, Marley is hoping to find a calm, quiet home where her potential adopters are willing to go slow while she adjusts to her new home, prepared for the end of life stages that may start to develop and are ready to spoil her the way she deserves! She’s a good mix of affectionate, independent, and a little bit naughty as she likes to nibble on houseplants. But with her excellent biscuit-making skills and sweet, soft purrs, there’s no staying mad at her! One interesting quirk of hers is she has tremors that get worse whenever she’s nervous or excited but they don’t slow her down; they do make her a little more clumsy though, so Marley would benefit from some extra platforms to help her up onto the bed, windowsill, or couch. In her foster home, Marley co-existed peacefully with the other senior kitties and was interested in the cat-savvy dog, although both were too shy to make the first move and meet face-to-face. Senior kitties may not be around for as long but can leave the biggest pawprints on your heart, so come meet Marley today!
